Armenia International Art Fair is the essential platform for promoting and trading new art from the Black Sea and the Caucasus, parts of Central Asia and the Middle East, providing public access to academic lectures, artistic performances, educational programs and to the contemporary culture of the ancient Silk Road.
The 2020 program will focus on:
Art and Technology
A Keynote -presentation on the multidisciplinary perspectives and the narratives of today’s
techno-scientific culture by Monica Bello (Head of Arts at CERN at the European
Organization for Nuclear Research in Geneva)
Art and Investment
Round table talks and lectures focusing on new art from new markets “Collecting New Art as
an Investment”, A Keynote Presentations by Roxane Zand, Senior Director/Deputy
Chairman, Middle East and Gulf Region, Sotheby’s, London and Iain Robertson, Head of Art
Business Studies at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London“
“Open Space” – a curated exhibition featuring curator-artist collaborations, local and
international art platforms and organizations, representing exclusively contemporary art
with focus on the video art, photography, performance and installation.
Art Week – and annual cultural city -wide program (the line-up of artists will be confirmed by the end of January)
